Cancellation Policy:
For subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy purchases, this policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time. To manage or cancel your subscription, you can use the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, storing your payment method. The full or remaining payment will be charged and fulfilled at a future date. If you wish to cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled, you can do so. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund as per our returns policy.
Try Before You Buy:
For try before you buy items, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specific time period to evaluate the item and decide if you want to keep it. If you do not return the item within the designated time frame, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
